As we work toward a future without third-party cookies, strong partnerships are key, especially on the identity front.
Working with highly skilled and industry-leading companies allows us to bring CafeMedia publishers exclusive access to special advertising demand today and when third-party cookies go away in 2022.
Verizon Media has an end-to-end unified technology stack, including its own DSP (demand-side platform), SSP (supply-side platform), ad exchange, and media properties like Yahoo and TechCrunch. This blend of publishing experience plus ad technology gives Verizon Media a sophisticated perspective on the ad industry, the future without third-party cookies, and identity solutions as a whole.
In 2019, we partnered with Verizon on the first-ever direct connection between a publisher and a DSP through its premium access program, bringing CafeMedia publishers groundbreaking access to unique advertiser spend.
Advertisers interested in buying based on identity are also looking for scale, and now we’ve integrated the massive reach of the CafeMedia community — the #11 web property in Comscore in March 2021 — into Verizon Media’s ConnectID technology, giving advertisers access to our premium inventory through Verizon Media’s identity solutions on its DSP.
Thanks to our direct connection to the Verizon Media Ad Platform, publishers running CafeMedia Email Identity are already seeing the benefits of this new integration, tapping into even more premiere advertiser spending based on opt-in identity rather than third-party cookies.
We’re thrilled to continue introducing new ways to protect and grow CafeMedia publishers’ revenue today and into the future!
