  • James Baldwin

    James Baldwin

    Senior Vice President, Publisher Performance

    James and his team of ad performance experts work behind the scenes helping creators make as much money as possible by analyzing network data, troubleshooting ad issues, and designing ad strategies for industry-leading RPMs. James lives is Fargo, North Dakota with his wife and two kids and farms on the occasional summer weekend.

  • Paul Bannister

    Paul Bannister

    Chief Strategy Officer

    Paul Bannister is the Chief Strategy Officer at Raptive. In his role, he leads the company’s monetization teams across ads, affiliate marketing, and new revenue streams. His teams work to create compelling media and commerce experiences that connect the world’s largest brands with the company’s more than 5,000 creators.

    He joined the company in 2006 and held a series of senior strategy and development roles before being appointed Chief Strategy Officer. During his tenure, he has been a key architect in building the company’s industry-leading programmatic approach and shaping the company’s cutting-edge products and programs.

    Before joining Raptive, he founded Online Gaming Review, one of the first websites dedicated to computer games, authored two books on computer games, and held roles at USWeb/CKS, Ameritrade, and CMP Media.

    Paul serves on the board of the IAB Tech Lab and is actively involved in the W3C and Prebid communities that are driving the future of advertising.

  • Emily Burt

    Emily Burt

    Chief Customer Officer

    Emily Burt leads Raptives Customer Service teams. In her role, she focuses on growing the company’s best-in-class customer service operations and building out new capabilities beyond its core advertising offering to ensure creators and publishers are equipped with the best features and services to grow their small businesses for the long term.

    Prior to joining the company, Burt spent 17 years in various roles at Google, most recently leading YouTube’s Creator and Artist Development team for the Americas region. Before joining Google, she was a professional soccer player, playing in the first U.S. women’s professional soccer league and the professional league in Russia.

  • Phil Chiang

    Phil Chiang

    Senior Vice President, Growth and Operations

    As the SVP, Growth & Operations, Philip leads the company’s growth, product and strategic marketing as well as marketing operations. Previously with Vimeo and SoundCloud, Philip has been working with independent creators for many years and is passionate about helping creators grow their careers and make a living doing what they love.


    Philip earned his BS from Boston College and his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He lives in NYC and can often be seen running through Central Park with his faithful yellow labrador, Luke.

  • John Clyman

    John Clyman

    Executive Vice President, Product Engineering

    As EVP, Product Engineering, John Clyman leads Raptive’s innovation and product development in areas like affiliate commerce, audience development, and generative AI.

    John joined Raptive from Magnite, where he held roles including VP, Product Management and VP, Engineering for Marketplace Quality & Security. Previously, John was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of SiteScout, which was acquired by Magnite’s predecessor Rubicon Project. Before that, John founded Narrative Logic, an early developer of natural-language prose generation capabilities.

    John started his career in print and online publishing, serving as an editor at PC Magazine, launching the product reviews department at CNET, and leading the products and commerce business unit at ZDNet.

    John graduated with a BA in psychology from Cornell University and holds a patent in advertising security technology. He lives with his wife and daughter in Seattle, where he can indulge his passion for both backcountry hiking and long, coffee-fueled strolls around the city.

    Kim Crain

    Senior Vice President, Human Resources

    Kim leads the Human Resources efforts for Raptive, focused on building and engaging a world-class team. Prior to joining the company, she was a senior consultant with RealHR Solutions providing management-level HR support to businesses and not-for-profits in New York City. She has held senior HR positions at Public Health Solutions and Full Moon Interactive and started her career at ADP. Kim graduated from Arizona State University.

  • Brynne Delerson

    Brynne Delerson

    Senior Vice President, Solutions Marketing

    Brynne leads Solutions Marketing for Raptive, drawing from her fifteen years of experience in blogging and online content creation. She’s passionate about the creator economy and uses this to connect Raptive’s creators and publishers with exactly the solutions, products, and services they need to succeed.

    Before joining Raptive, Brynne established and ran her own ad-monetized website and business, gaining hands-on experience and insight in everything from WordPress development and email marketing to SEO and photography. She came on board in 2017 to lead Raptive’s initial customer communications efforts, and over the years, has been instrumental in developing numerous processes, communication channels, and educational resources and opportunities for creators.

    A lifetime lover of literature, Brynne splits her free time between reading and writing. She enjoys 300 days of sunshine in the Colorado mountains where she lives with her husband and two cats.

  • Steph Dolgins

    Steph Dolgins

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Steph Dolgins is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Raptive. She leads the company’s brand strategy, marketing, and communications efforts.

    As the company’s inaugural CMO, Steph has played a pivotal role in transforming Raptive and recently unveiled its exciting and vibrant new brand. The rebrand has further solidified Raptive’s position as a leader in the market and given greater visibility to everything Raptive has to offer to help propel creators into lasting businesses and global brands.

    As a highly accomplished marketing executive, Steph brings a wealth of experience, having held leadership positions at iconic digital media brands and has built an award-winning women’s and lifestyle content network. She previously served as the CMO of Tumblr, overseeing brand and consumer marketing, communications, media partnerships, and content and community development. Her prior roles include SVP & GM of AOL’s Women’s, Lifestyle, Teens, Kids, and Multicultural Programming, CMO at Outcast Media, Head of Marketing at Jetsetter, VP, Consumer and Sales Marketing at ABC Internet Group, and VP, Sales Development and Creative Services at The Walt Disney Internet Group.

    Throughout her career, Steph has consistently championed content creators and believes supporting their success will contribute to a more vibrant, diverse, and thriving internet ecosystem.

  • Jeff D’Onofrio

    Jeff D’Onofrio

    Chief Financial Officer

    Jeff D’Onofrio is Raptive’s Chief Financial Officer. He ensures Raptive continues to build a scalable and financially strong organization and leads the company’s Finance, Data & Analytics, Human Resources, and Corporate and Business Development teams.

    As a seasoned digital media executive with deep experience in operations, strategy, and finance, Jeff’s career has spanned live streaming, social media, digital publishing, advertising, and commerce. He has charted tremendous growth and unlocked profitability and value as an executive at companies including Google, Zagat (where he served as CFO), Major League Baseball Advanced Media (as CFO), Yahoo (as General Manager of Yahoo News), and Tumblr—where he spent eight years as CFO, COO, and finally as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Jeff received his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his MBA from Cornell University. He also serves on the Board of the National Jazz Museum in Harlem.

  • William Eisner

    William Eisner

    Executive Vice President, Product

    With more than 20 years of experience in media and advertising product leadership, Will leads Raptive’s product and UX teams and drives the company’s overall product vision, which serves more than 5,000+ creators and enterprise publishers.

    Prior to joining the company, Will led product teams responsible for TripAdvisor’s flagship hotels marketplace, WordStream’s online advertising platform, and Acquia’s Drupal enterprise digital experience platform.

    Will graduated from Columbia University and happily carries on a family tradition in advertising following his great-uncle, who wrote a well-known ad jingle for Muriel Cigars in the 1950s.

  • Rene Freling

    Rene Freling

    Senior Vice President, Creator Solutions

    Rene Freling is Senior Vice President, Creator Solutions, at Raptive. He oversees many of our programs that support creators in running and growing their businesses, such as Email Marketing, SEO, Recruiting & Organizational Design, Consumer Research and Wealth Planning.

    Rene joined the company in 2020, having held a number of senior roles at digital media and tech companies on both sides of the Atlantic. He has previously worked in commercial, editorial, operations and general management positions at companies including The Telegraph, Travelzoo and Momondo (now part of Kayak).

    He’s also a former entrepreneur, journalist, and travel blogger, and has studied at The University of Sheffield, INSEAD and MIT Sloan.

  • Dan Ghosh-Roy

    Dan Ghosh-Roy

    Senior Vice President, Creator Revenues

    Dan Ghosh-Roy is the SVP, Creator Revenues at Raptive. In his role, he is responsible for developing new revenue streams that creators can tap into to complement Raptive’s industry-leading website advertising solution. These solutions include e-commerce, branded products, premium experiences, and content monetization.

    Before joining Raptive, Dan served as the Professional Fighters League’s Chief Digital Officer, where he oversaw the league’s Digital Business, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams. Prior to the PFL, he was SVP, Marketing and Audience Development at Complex Networks where he helped them reach millions of fans through social media with original content series such as Hot Ones and the NFL on Complex.

    Additionally, over Dan’s career, he’s served as Head of Digital for Beyoncé, responsible for the strategy and execution of her digital business, and held senior leadership roles at Ultra Music and EMI Music, working with the likes of Katy Perry, Snoop Dogg, J Balvin, Coldplay and Calvin Harris.

  • Courtney Kahn

    Courtney Kahn

    Senior Vice President, Creator Experience Marketing

    Courtney is responsible for many crucial touchpoints, experiences, and communications with Raptive creators. She works cross-collaboratively across teams to support and build out new projects, offerings, and initiatives, always aiming to create the best experience and ensure creator happiness. Courtney has been serving creators since 2015.

    Before joining the team, Courtney taught high school English and ran her own photography business in the heart of Florida. She graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in English Literature and lives on the Florida coast with her husband and daughter.

  • Jonathan King

    Jonathan King

    Executive Vice President, Revenue Operations

    Jon King is the Executive Vice President of Revenue Operations at Raptive. In his role, he oversees the teams responsible for maximizing revenue for every Raptive creator and publisher and the overall organization. He also defines business processes alongside consumer and sales functions.

    Prior to joining the company in 2008, Jon was a corporate strategy and business process consultant for Fortune 100 firms. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BAS in Systems Science & Engineering and BA in Economics, and he holds an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Columbia University. Jon lives in New Jersey with his wife, two daughters, and family dog.

  • Erika Leone

    Erika Leone

    Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing & Creative Services

    Erika Leone is SVP, Integrated Marketing & Creative Services at Raptive, where she leads brand, integrated marketing, events, and creative services.

    Previously, Erika led global brand marketing at SoundCloud, where she helped usher in a new era for audio streaming and artist pay equity. Through campaigns, editorial, events, and partnerships, she transformed the brand from product platform to the pulse of what’s next in music. Prior to SoundCloud, Erika held brand marketing, strategy and creative roles at Under Armour, DDB New York, and MKTG, working consistently throughout her career to elevate and celebrate the incredible stories of artists, athletes, and creators worldwide.

  • Marc McCollum

    Marc McCollum

    Executive Vice President, Innovation

    Marc McCollum is Raptive’s Executive Vice President, Innovation. In this newly created role, McCollum is responsible for developing new revenue streams that open new monetization opportunities for its more than 5,000 creators, such as the company’s affiliate products and services, and the creation of its new video and social offerings, among other opportunities that complement the company’s industry-leading digital advertising sales business.

    Prior to joining Raptive, Marc was the President of Media and Commerce at Red Ventures, a premiere data-driven media and marketing services company (#13 on Comscore at the time). At Red Ventures, Marc drove the acquisition of CNET Media Group and led a team to deliver the growth objectives of nine premium digital brands, including CNET, ZDNet, Metacritic, GameSpot and TVGuide. He also led RV’s strategic content partnership with TIME Magazine, grew Bankrate’s Deposits and Wealth Management platform and launched a digital R&D incubator, starting over 20 digital businesses.

    Marc spent the first 20 years of his career at Accenture, where he was a partner advising clients and leading engagements focused on content, marketing, adtech and customer acquisition. His time at Accenture included 3 years in Indonesia, where, among other initiatives, he launched an Innovation Center to reduce poverty and improve financial inclusion through technology innovation.

    Marc lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and three children.

  • Joline McGoldrick

    Joline McGoldrick

    Executive Vice President, Creator Experience

    Joline McGoldrick brings over 20 years of digital advertising experience to her role as Raptive’s EVP of Creator Experience where she leads the team that focuses on creator support and operations.

    Joline’s focus has been on using data and insights to grow and scale organizations and capabilities and reach the best decisions. Prior to joining Raptive, Joline held leadership positions at VidMob, a venture-backed creative tech startup and Kantar Millward Brown Digital, where she led Kantar Millward Brown’s Digital Center of Excellence and was a frequent writer and speaker on digital advertising.

    Before starting her career in digital advertising, Joline volunteered at an orphanage in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Joline is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and currently lives outside of Washington DC with her husband and two daughters.

  • Jordan Moore

    Jordan Moore

    Executive Vice President, Creator Advocacy

    Jordan has a decade of experience building relationships with the highest quality creators in the industry and understanding the day-to-day needs and challenges creators face in their businesses. After building out a first-class Account Management team, he now uses his experience to advocate for creators and growing Raptive’s services to better support their needs. As one of the earliest employees at AdThrive (now Raptive), he has been with the company since 2013.

    Jordan graduated from Oklahoma State and started his career working for the non-profit, Compassion International. After 11 years in Colorado, Jordan now lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and 3 daughters (#girldad). He enjoys mountain biking, driving his Jeep, and everything Star Wars.

  • Marla Newman

    Marla Newman

    Executive Vice President, Sales

    Marla Newman is EVP, Sales at Raptive. In her role, she’s responsible for leading the company’s best-in-class sales organization and driving the strategy that connects advertisers to its creators’ 188M monthly visitors. Newman, a 20-year digital media veteran, joined Raptive from DotDash Meredith, where she was President of Digital Sales–Lifestyle Group.

    Joining Meredith Corporation in 2016, she led all aspects of the digital team’s go-to-market strategy and execution for brand, agency, and holding company partners, doubling Meredith Corporation’s digital media business growth while creating a best-in-class sales organization of nearly 200 team members. She was also responsible for spearheading the largest strategic brand partnerships in the company’s history and an integral part of post-acquisition integrations during Meredith’s acquisition of Time Inc., and again during the company’s merger with DotDash.

    Prior to joining DotDash Meredith, Newman served as Global Head of Agency Development at AOL and Microsoft and held senior leadership roles at FOX Sports Digital, MTV Networks, and MSN.

    She is a graduate of the University of Oregon and a member of The Advertising Group of New York’s Board of Directors.

  • Ami Patel

    Ami Patel

    Senior Vice President, Data and Analytics

    Ami Patel leads Raptive’s Data & Analytics team. Ami and her team focus on driving better understanding and decision-making through better tools and data.

    Ami brings over 20 years of research and digital media experience to the role. Before joining Raptive, Ami was the analytics owner for various products at Comscore, a global media measurement and analytics company. Prior to her time at Comscore, Ami contracted as a Software Engineer at the U.S. Department of Education.

    Ami was born and raised in India and moved to the U.S. for higher education in the 90s. She currently lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and daughter.

  • Tina Pautz

    Tina Pautz

    Executive Vice President, Creator Growth / Executive Vice President, Raptive for Enterprise

    Tina leads new partnerships with Raptive creators and also oversees the business unit serving Raptive’s enterprise publishers.

    Before joining Raptive, Tina led Convertro—Verizon Media’s marketing attribution, analytics, and activation platform—and before that, oversaw client services and operations for Ad.com Dynamic Retargeter (ADR), having been a key participant in its predecessor, Buysight’s sale to AOL. She started her career in finance, working in asset management and real estate investment prior to joining Buysight as its seventh employee.

    Tina graduated from the University of Southern California (Fight On!) and currently resides in Naples, FL, with her horse and mini labradoodle. When she’s not at work or the barn, you can find her on a yoga mat or chasing powder in Big Sky, MT.

    Steven Samuels

    Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration

    Steve oversees Raptive’s finance and administrative efforts, including accounting, human resources, financial planning, investor relations, and legal. Prior to joining the company, he worked at Deutsche Bank. Steve graduated from McGill University in Canada, with an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and a BSc in Microbiology and Immunology. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.

  • Michael Sanchez

    Michael Sanchez

    Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

    Michael Sanchez is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Raptive (formerly CafeMedia and AdThrive). He is responsible for leading the Company as it builds a creator-first future where independent creators become the most valuable and important part of digital media. In his role, he is focused on supporting an extraordinary 300-person team while growing the company’s capabilities that empower 5,000+ of the world’s best creators to build their businesses and compete at the highest levels on their own terms.

    A serial entrepreneur, Michael co-founded and served as President of Do Something, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping millions of young people each year take action to improve their communities. He also co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of the profitable ’94 Cup Daily, the nation’s only daily newspaper dedicated to the 1994 World Cup soccer tournament held in the United States.

    Michael is an avid soccer player who played at the nation’s top-ranked University of Virginia team in college before playing professionally in Zimbabwe while teaching high school math. He currently enjoys playing in an overly competitive men’s soccer league and working to avoid injury. As a child, Michael traveled around the world as a top-ranked junior chess player. He received extensive media coverage as a chess prodigy, conducting dozens of chess exhibitions and earning a draw with the #3 ranked player in the world.

    He graduated from Columbia Law School with honors and has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.

  • Mike Scatterday

    Mike Scatterday

    Senior Vice President, Creator Commerce

    Mike Scatterday is the Senior Vice President, Creator Commerce at Raptive. Before joining Raptive, he held the position of Vice President at Red Ventures, a premiere data-driven media and marketing services company, overseeing the global platform division responsible for revenue, optimization, and infrastructure products.

    Leading up to his VP role, he also spent five years as Red Ventures’ General Manager of the MyFinance ad network, which provided monetization solutions to their owned and operated brands as well as a network of premium publishers. Mike was the Founder and President of MyFinance, which Red Ventures acquired in 2017.

    Prior to his experience founding MyFinance, Scatterday led a variety of roles at Graphiq, a semantic technology company that was acquired by Amazon to help power its virtual assistant tool, Alexa.

  • Andrew Shue

    Andrew Shue

    Co-founder

    Andrew, along with CEO Michael Sanchez, is a co-founder of Raptive (formerly CafeMedia and AdThrive.)

    In addition to his career in digital media, Andrew has worked as an actor, movie producer, professional soccer player, and community activist.

    He played a leading role in the hit TV show Melrose Place, produced the feature film “Gracie,” played pro soccer for the LA Galaxy for two seasons, and co-founded two national organizations, “Do Something” (launched in 1994 with Sanchez) and “The People” (started in 2018). Both groups seek to catalyze social change and reform through service, community building, and activism.
